Winter Storm Warning for Cambria, Somerset

AREAS AFFECTED : CAMBRIA; SOMERSET

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 10 
inches on the ridge tops above 2500 feet MSL and between 3 and 6 
inches in the valleys near the Route 219 corridor. Winds gusting 
as high as 40 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 1 PM Thursday to 7 AM EST Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions 
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
