* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds 
gusting as high as 35 to 40 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties. 
 
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous traveling conditions due to snow 
covered roadways and reduced visibility.
