Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice 
accumulations of a light glaze. 
 
* WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast, including Nome. 
 
* WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
