* WHAT...Dangerously cold temperatures as low as 5 to 10 degrees 
below zero and wind chill readings as low as 15 to 25 degrees 
below zero are possible. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and 
central, southwest, and west central Ohio. 
 
* WHEN...From Sunday night through Wednesday morning. 
 
* IMPACTS...An extended period of very cold temperatures could cause 
ruptured water pipes.
