AREAS AFFECTED : FOUR CORNERS/UPPER DOLORES RIVER; ANIMAS RIVER BASIN

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph 
expected. 
 
* WHERE...Animas River Basin and Four Corners/Upper Dolores River. 
 
* WHEN...From 9 AM to 5 PM MST Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
