AREAS AFFECTED : NORTHERN SACRAMENTO VALLEY; CENTRAL SACRAMENTO VALLEY; NORTHEAST FOOTHILLS/SACRAMENTO VALLEY

* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Central and Northern Sacramento Valley and Northeast 
Foothills 
 
* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
