* WHERE...Taylor, Boone, Logan, and Mingo Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Friday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
