* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. 
Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. 
 
* WHERE...St Lawrence Island. 
 
* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 
snow could significantly reduce visibility. 
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Winds weakened below Blizzard criteria, 
reduced visibility due to blowing snow expected to continue.
