AREAS AFFECTED : BALDWIN PENINSULA

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 1 
to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula. 
 
* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Saturday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Falling and blowing snow is expected to significantly 
reduce visibility leading to very difficult travel conditions. 
Strong winds may lead to the development of large snow drifts.
