* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 
inches possible. 
 
* WHERE...In New York, Sullivan County. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, 
Luzerne, Pike, and Wayne Counties. 
 
* WHEN...From late Sunday morning through Sunday night. 
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
