* WHAT...Wintry mix of snow and freezing drizzle. A light glaze of 
ice and snow accumulations of up to one inch. 
 
* WHERE...Portions of Interior Alaska including Fairbanks. 
 
* WHEN...Until noon AKST Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.
