AREAS AFFECTED : WHITE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH TERRAIN SOUTH OF THE YUKON RIVER

* WHAT...Blowing snow. Visibility one half mile or less at 
times. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch. Winds 
gusting as high as 40 mph. 
 
* WHERE...Eagle Summit. 
 
* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Thursday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Areas of blowing 
snow could significantly reduce visibility.
